Assessment of outdoor patient’s satisfaction regarding clinical investigation of physicians in government hospitals of Quetta, Pakistan

Objective: The main objective of the study is to measurement satisfaction Outpatient Department patients regarding clinical investigation physicians in government hospitals Quetta, Pakistan. Methods: It was a cross sectional questionnaire based study. Data collected from OPD (Outpatient Departments) (Sandeman provisional hospital, Bolan medical complex hospital) through pre-structured questionnaire. Total sample size 447. data collected, analysed by using IBM SPSS 22. descriptive analysis carried out for demographic details as well other categories. All categorical so expressed frequency and percentage. Results: A total 447 were included know their perceptions towards doctors attitude while consultation. 550 questionnaires distributed with response rate 89.4%. found that most respondents 270 (60.3%) male having majority 338 (75.4%) among age group 15 35 years. Majority 120 (26.8%) satisfied physician making them feel ease during physical examination. Among all 175 (39.1%) answered positively (Good) guided you any dietary change. Conclusion: This reveals there good physician’s attitude, diagnosis, treatment advice Quetta city.
